Cooling Tower Cell with Bullets



Power Tower® cooling towers offer total non-ferrous construction, with UV protected fiberglass shell, PVC wet deck, louvers and drift eliminator. A stainless steel structure supports the direct drive fan assembly with TEFC motor. A structural base is included for roof or stand mounting.

SHELL CONSTRUCTION:
• High strength fiberglass molding

  reinforced areas
• UV stabilized coating
• Acrylic adhesive bonding between
  shell halves
• Polyurethane sealant

FAN:
• Air foil shaped blades for increased
  air flow
• Blades are made of a glass fiber
  reinforced polymer
• Blades are factory set at best
  angle for maximum air movement
• Direct drive mechanics

MOTOR:
• TEFC construction
• Mounted on a stainless steel frame
• Supported on reinforced fiberglass
  shell area
• Mounted to shell with stainless steel
  fasteners

DISTRIBUTION HEADER:
• Non-ferrous PVC 'cross' construction
• Stationary
• Computer designed spray pattern
• Large orifice spray heads
• PVC spray heads
• Drift eliminator prevents over spray
  and water loss

INSPECTION COVERS:
• Easily removed
• Seamless gasket sealing
• Allows for inspection on cell interior
  and replacement of wet deck

INLET LOUVERS:
• PVC construction
• Easily removed for cleaning
• Vertical orientation to eliminate
  water loss
• Directs air flow for even distribution
  through wet deck
• Helps prevent air-born debris from
  entering cell

WET DECK:
• Stacked honeycomb pattern
  maximizes water and air flows for
  greater cooling efficiency
• PVC construction

WARRANTIES:
• 10 year shell warranty
• 5 year motor/fan warranty

Wet Deck Wet Deck Support
Angled rectangular fiberglass panels provide support for the PVC wet deck and deflect water into the sump area.

Fan Motor Fan / Motor Assembly
The motor support is made of stainless steel. The motor is a TEFC type. The molded in shelf supports are highly reinforced. The fan and motor assembly ships installed.

Nozzles Nozzles
The ABS molded nozzle has a built-it pattern to distribute water.

Fan Fan
The fan is direct drive and the blades are made of reinforced polypropylene, which is lighter and more aerodynamic to reduce drag on the motor.

FanInspection Covers
Inspection covers use a gasketed seal instead of a silicone bead for easy removal.

Fan Shipping
All cooling towers are manufactured at the Greenwood, IN facility, and shipped FOB Greenwood.
