Tough Pump Tank Stations for Industrial Applications

The TOUGH TANK® system is the revolutionary new design for pump tank systems, merging the non ferrous features of our patented polyethylene reservoir with the standard ADVANTAGE pumping system.

TOUGH TANK® is offered for
TOWER & CHILLED WATER SYSTEMS. Tower systems are accommodated to 1000 tons and chilled water systems
up to 600 tons.

All types of INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS can benefit from using the TTK Series pump tank station for plant wide water distribution. These include most Plastic molding processes, Diecasting, Dry Cleaning, Food Service and others.

AVAILABLE CAPACITIES:
   • 450, 850, 1600 & 3200 gallons.
    Other capacities are possible with
    reservoir tank combinations.

• 2 to 60

AVAILABLE PUMP GPM:
• 40 to 1250

WARRANTIES:
   • The TOUGH TANK® polyethylene
    reservoir is covered for 10 years from
    manufacturer defects. The pump system
    assembly is covered for 1 year.

PUMP CONTROL:
   • Motor starters and tower fan starters
    (for tower water systems) are included New Checkmate control system for Pump Tank Stations
    as standard.

OPTIONAL CHECKMATE™ INSTRUMENT: All Advantage Pump Tank Stations offer the NEW Checkmate™ control system with Top Operators™ for tower or chiller pump control and tower fan control.

Offered as an optional upgrade from the standard pump controls and temperature and pressure monitoring, the Checkmate™ display offers 13 screens of system temperature, reservoir level, and alarm information.

SERVICE: for help with installation, operation and maintenance, experienced factory service technicians are available by phone or in person. Call 317-887-0729 for more information. A nationwide network of independent service contractors are in place for local service if needed.
