The new Checkmate™ System control is new technology for pump tank station control systems. Using the Up Arrow, Down Arrow, and the Select push
buttons, the Checkmate™ Display offers 13 screens of system information.
The new Checkmate™ Display Panel is a microprocessor based control system that monitors up to 2 process pumps and controls 6 outputs (tower fans). The Checkmate™ instrument monitors six process temperatures to accurately display system performance. The new LCD Screen offers 13 screen displays of system performance information on all aspects of pump tank station's operation and the performance of the plant's water distribution system.
CHECKMATE™ DISPLAY SCREENS
MAIN SCREEN

Displays the current To Process temperature in °F. The setpoint temperature is also displayed.
TEMPERATURE STATUS

Displays the From Process, To Process and From Tower temperatures. On chilled water installations, there is a From Chiller display instead of the From Tower
display (as shown in the photo).
PROCESS PUMP STATUS
Displays the on / off status of
the process pumps and operating hours of each motor .
CONTROL STATUS
Display the on / off status of the fans and controlled pumps and displays running hours of each motor.
SETUP

The operator can select this screen to enter the Setpoint Temperature, the Hi Alarm and
Low Alarm values. The Hi Alarm value is the number of degrees above the setpoint when the alarm will sound. The Lo Alarm temperature is the number of
degrees below the setpoint when the alarm will sound.
ALARM SCREENS
Displays the date, time and reason of system errors
SYSTEM TIME
Displays the set time function.
